Twilio in scheduling workflows
With FlowGat, you can connect Twilio with business applications for managing calls and notifying about upcoming appointments, cancellation, meetings, or other processes that were handled manually. This allows you to save time.
To add a new Twilio connection, click on “Add a new connection”.
This will open a window, where you’ll have to enter details such as Twilio account name, Account SID, Auth taken.
Twilio account name: It’s the distinct name for identifying the Twilio account in the connection list.
Account SID: It’s the unique identification key, known as string identifier.
Auth token: This is the token for authentication purposes.
You can find the account SID & Auth token in your Twilio account.
Allow FlowGat to access your Twilio account. FlowGat will check the Connection & will save it if it’s valid.
Finding Account SID & Auth token
To get the account String identifier & Auth token, log in to the Twilio account. On the Twilio dashboard, you’ll be able to view your SID account and auth token.
You can also view your account SID in general settings. Go to settings>general and find your account SID.
