You can manage the workflows easily in FlowGat. On the Dashboard, you’ll find the statistics of the workflows. The dashboard data displays information about workflows statistics comprising of Active, Running, Failed, and Completed workflows. The bottom section of the dashboard displays the workflow runs till date.
The workflows in FlowGat can be easily managed on the “My Workflows” Dashboard. It displays the list of all your workflows with details such as name, description, last run, last successful run, and last failed run.
Filter by workflow status
You can filter the workflows that you want to view on the dashboard by clicking “filter by workflow status icon” on the right side. For example, if you want to view only Running workflows on the dashboard, you can select “Workflows-Running” from the list.
Columns chooser
The columns chooser allows the users to choose the columns they want to be displayed on the “My Workflow” dashboard. The columns you choose will display the data related to the workflow on the dashboard.
Tap the column chooser on the My Workflows dashboard and choose the columns you want to be displayed.

Creating new workflow
To create a new workflow in FlowGat, click on the “+” icon on the right side corner. Workflow editor will be displayed, where you can add details of the workflow including the name, description, and timezone. You can then begin creating workflow plans in the workflow plan designer.
Designing workflow plans
If you want to create workflow steps, tap the “workflow designer” icon on the “My Workflow” dashboard. This will open the workflow plan designer where you can design the workflow plans.
Edit the workflow
Click the “Edit Workflow” icon on the right-hand side on the “My Workflows” Dashboard to edit or modify the workflow. Workflow Editor will be displayed. You can make the desired changes you want and click on the update button on the lower right side. All the changes that you make to the workflow will be updated.
View previous runs of workflow
On the “My Workflows” dashboard, you can view the previous runs of the workflow. Click on the “Open runs” icon on the right-hand side to get an insight into workflow runs.
The workflow run page will be displayed that provides details about the previous workflow runs in a chronological order with the latest run on the top. You can view details about:
Run Id– Every workflow run will have a unique Id that helps in identifying the run instance of the workflow.
Start Date: It displays the start date & time of the workflow run. The workflow will start running on the occurrence of the trigger event.
End Date: It displays the date and time at which the workflow run ends.
Is Completed: It shows the status of the workflow run whether it’s completed or not.
Is successful: This field shows if the workflow run was successful or not.
View run steps of workflow
In FlowGat you can also view the run steps of a workflow. Tap the run steps icon on the “My Workflows” Page if you want to view run steps. It will display the following information about the workflow step:
View Logs
You can view the logs of the workflows. To view the Logs, click on the Logs icon on the upper right corner. This will display all the tasks and activities of the workflow.
Delete workflows
If the workflow is no longer required, you have the option of deleting it. To delete the workflow, tap the “Delete Workflow” icon on the right side on the “My workflow” dashboard. Click the “OK” button. Your workflow will be permanently deleted.
Creating a copy of the workflow plan
You can also create a copy of the workflow plan in FlowGat. This allows you to save time as you don’t have to create the entire workflow plan from the beginning every time.
To save a copy of the workflow plan, click on the “Save the copy of the workflow plan” icon on the workflow plan designer. This will save a copy of the workflow plan that you can use to create a new plan.
Validate the workflow plan
On the workflow plan designer, click on the “check workflow steps for errors” icon to check the workflow steps for any errors. The field with errors will be highlighted with a red border around them. You can rectify the errors and save the workflow plan.
