Woo-commerce is a popular e-commerce platform that allows you to sell products or services online through online store, social media, or in person.
FlowGat enables the users to connect their woo commerce stores with the 3PL, warehouse, and inventory management solutions to make sure that the customer orders are fulfilled on time & in an efficient manner. FlowGat facilitates the integration of woo commerce with various other apps such as NetSuite, Savant WMS, and a lot more.
Connecting a Woo-commerce account with FlowGat
It’s very easy to connect your WooCommerce account with FlowGat.
Click on add a new connection.
Fill out the details about your woo-commerce account such as connection name, Store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer secret.
Connection name: It’s a distinct name that helps in identifying the Woo-commerce account in the connection list.
Store URL: This is the woo-commerce store URL to connect to.
Consumer key & consumer secret: You’ll have to also provide details of the consumer key & consumer secret for controlling access.
Authorize FlowGat to access your woo-commerce account. The FlowGat will validate and test the app connection. If the connection is valid, it will be established to the app.
Creating Woo-Commerce API key
If you haven’t created a Woo Commerce API key before, follow these steps.
Go to Woo Commerce>settings. Click on the advanced tab on the setting navigate page and choose Rest API.
Tap on add key and you’ll be directed to the key details screen.
Add on the details and give proper description related to your key.
Select the user from the dropdown list for whom the key is being generated.
Set the permission for the API key to Read access, write access, or read/write access.
Tap on generate an API key. The Woo-Commerce will generate an API key for that user.
You’ll be able to view both consumer key and consumer secret. Copy the Consumer key & consumer secret.
