Actions are the things that are to be done in an application. These are the tasks that are performed on the occurrence of the trigger event in the application. Every time, the trigger event occurs, the workflow starts running and all the actions that are predefined in the workflow plan are executed in a specified manner.
A workflow may have more than one action. For example, if you want to send a text message on receiving a new email, the action will be “send a text message”.
How to add actions?
You can add as many actions as you want. The number of actions you can add to the workflow run per month depends on the plan you choose. Every time a step action is successfully executed, it will be counted as actions.
